Vendor Participation Policy
Please carefully read our rules and policies regarding what types of vendors are allowed in our market.
We accept all local growers of produce, flowers and plants. Check with Dept. of Ag/IFAS regarding any possible licensing requirements.
We accept all locally made food product vendors that are properly licensed.
We accept all fresh and freshly frozen meat and seafood vendors that are properly licensed.
We accept properly licensed vendors who sell produce, plants, flowers and trees that are grown by another source.
We accept vendors who create artwork, books, candles, soaps, jewelry, crafted items, clothing and accessories – or represent the person who created the items for sale.
We accept prepared food vendors who are properly licensed.
Other types of accepted vendors are those who sell home and garden products such as compost or earthworms.
Vendors of “sales taxable” items must be registered with the Florida Dept of Revenue. Produce is not subject to sales tax.
Vendors are recommended to carry a minimum of $1 million dollars worth of insurance coverage for their protection.
Not accepted
We do not accept vendors who sell manufactured items or products that are sold through distributors/dealerships.
We will consider all requests.
We encourage those who do not qualify to ask about special events we are hosting, as they may be able to participate in that way.
If you meet these guidelines, please print, complete and return the vendor application to Market Manager Bobbi Spencer at the market in advance of the Sunday you wish to become a Stuart Green Market vendor. Unless you’ve contacted her for approval, we cannot guarantee booth space.
