Tissue collaged bowl

ReUse/Repurpose crafting can be described as Folk Art. Our mission is to combine cast off items, scraps, bits and pieces to form pleasing and practical art.

*Tissue Collage is an art form of reusing materials to create practical pieces. Hand-carved stamps are used to print designs on tissue paper which is torn and collaged onto used wooden, metal and glass items. Several layers of varnish or acrylic are applied to give each piece a durable finish.

*ID  wallets are great for carrying cards and ID in your pocket or small bag.  These creations are made from fabric scraps and remnants. I design some fabrics with my hand- carved stamps, using textile inks. Our line includes business card holders, check book covers and coin purses. Our small pouches are perfect for carrying phones, IPods or keys and ID. Watch for our growing line.

*What do you do with outdated cinnamon? I use it to create fragrant clay for making pins.  Leftover yarn and ribbon yarn is perfect for forming flower accents and pins.

Our crocheted market bags are 100% cotton, can be machine washed and dried and will hold a surprising amount. They look great, are strong and convenient.

We look forward to special orders and new challenges. — Nancy and Kevin Conway.
