How about a Crepe!!

Chef Ron Spencer and  his grandson Dakota work their magic when it comes to making deliciously healthy crepes. Fruit crepes are stuffed with fresh bananas, strawberries, whatever is ripe – add Nutella and there you have it. A wonderful breakfast or anytime snack.

Other crepes on the menu fit the bill for breakfast with eggs, veggies and seasonings. How about ratatouille crepe for lunch?

If you are feeling thirsty — a soda or water will get you through.
